0730: 2 whole eggs, extra white, small tortilla, red pepper hummus (est. 300 cal?)
0800: work out
1000: protien shake (with water for the first time - not bad) (300 cal)
1300: cottage cheese and crackers, salad with onion dressing (800 cal)
1700: ground beef w/ a little BBQ sauce
1930:BJJ
2200: milk or protein shake
 
was at court all morning and went out to launch with atty after

oct 22
0700 -oatmeal
1330 - garlic and swiss burger, potato chowder soup
1800 - 2 cheddarwursts on bun
1930 - nogi bjj
2200 - protien shake
 
What were you in court for??? I told you beating hookers to death was a bad habit to pick up Steve!

not enough veggies today so far
 
ok, starting this week time to really get serious about diet. I of course forgot about that when I ate sushi for lunch and probably will be retaining about 6lb of water weight becuase of all the sodium. oh well, plenty of time go get that back out.

0730 - 3 eggs, extra white, red pepper hummus, 1 whole wheat bagel with blackberry jam
1pm - 2 spicy tuna rolls, little bit of soy sauce
 
still fasting. getting pretty hungry.

I dont know why - boredom I guess, but Ill try again.

Within 2 weeks it will be a colossal failure


Feb 8
0700 - 2 eggs, shitload of extra white on flatbread with red pepper hummus
1000 - protein shake
1230 - 1/2 lb ground turkey with spices and a shitload of steamed broccoli
1500 - 1 cup cottage cheese
1900 - 2 chicken breasts in an olive oil-based marinade, 120 cal worth of brown rice and some green beans
 
Feb 9
0800 - 2 eggs extra white on flatbread with red pepper hummus
1300 - 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 bag steam-in-microwave broccoli
1500 - turkey chili - large bowl
2000 - penne pasta with meat sauce - tried to keep portion reasonable - high carbs for late in the day but was only a couple hours after lifting
 
Feb 10
0730 - bowl of oats with honey

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 bag of steam-in-bag sweet peas
- big bowl of turkey chili
dinner
- 2 gr chicken breasts
- roasted broccoli
- roasted diced red potatoes
 
Progress??

I'm thinking fasting can be good if done ocasionally, once a week for example. Because your body will not have enough time to adapt and slow down your metabolism. However, if done regularly, your body will adapt and slow down your metabolism. Most people i know who fast regularly <for religious reasons> are in bad shape and have a gut from hell, even though they don't eat much.

lunch - quizno's prime rib sammich, website says 800 cal - oops
snack - 1 cup cottage cheese
