Just saw in Schilling's Facebook wakeling is out. He is fighting an Asian fighter now not sure on name. Schilling just caught a gift that he isn't facing Wakeling.

That's too bad, he was gonna give Schilling a beating. Anyone know what happened?

Visa problems. Can't believe that companies that bring jobs to America have visa problems.

Glory and visa issues...not the first time :icon_lol:

Something to improve upon like they have improved on everything else they do.

    UFC's recent visa-problems:

    - Shogun vs Sonnen UFC 161
    - Hunt vs JDS UFC 160 (solved a week before the event)
    - Madadi vs Chiesa UFC on Fox 8

So every organisation has to deal with this issue.

You are right I was thinking of US shows only but wasn't Madadi not allowed in the country because of pending criminal charges?

If I am correct we will see both Watson and Dahlbeck pretty soon at a Glory event. Don't worry about that.

Everyone at Scorpions (The Wakeling family gym) was gutted about this. Visa applications were submitted well in advance.

Glory uses the saw specialist law firms everyone else uses for this stuff.

One problem with kick-boxing and muay-thai is that the multitude of different associations and awarding bodies does make it harder to prove a fighter's pedigree to the State Department.

It is a shame because Steve was looking awesome in the build-up to the fight. Seeing him at that size was scary, but he didn't seem to be slowing down at all.

Steve will have his day soon enough, I like both him and Joe and a showdown between the two would be huge. Though I kind of want to see Steve settle the score with Levin more.
