Bannon is right. Elon is under the thumb of the CCP. Several weeks ago Elon tweeted about the Dept of Energy's assesement of Covid-19 originating in a lab leak. The CCP essentially told him to watch his mouth or else. Musk quickly shut the hell up.

I do not believe Musk was ever in one camp or the other. He leaned whichever way suited his business interests. Lots of Elon fanbois on Breitbart comments section. Breitbart has run quite a few articles critical of Elon but many in comments section attack Breitbart for running them.

Taibbi on the other hand was (still is?) left leaning. I don't know how he describes himself but the only thing that matters is him reporting accurately, even if that means it makes establishment liberals look bad.

Maybe 10 percent of Republicans were against it, but as many as 70 percent of democrats were against it and thank God the republican congress was able to get the 30 percent of fair minded dems on board, or blacks may still be going to their own separate schools.
