I don't believe 170 lbs is a good idea for Showtime. But if he's just doing this as a one-off against Stephen Thompson I think it will be very interesting. And it's not like Stephen Thompson is a big WW he doesn't even cut down to make it.

Damn I know Pettis has 1 fight at WW (outside of the UFC) but I think he's too small for the weightclass. Thompson is a long boy (no homo) and I think he'll piece Pettis up pretty easily.
