stealing laundry bag... wtf?

Second time some pos steal my laundry bag from the laundry room. This time I spoke with the security and we were able to see it on camera. Three women walked in the laundry room, removed my things from the bag (detergent, softer) and left with my bag. Watching that made me really angry. Even the security guard was like "wtf why would you do that?".

I don't know them, the doorman think they are friends of someone that lives here but not sure who. The security contacted the manager and they'll try to identify them. We have cameras everywhere so they will be able to figure this out. I hope.

This wouldn't be such a big deal, other than really annoying, if this was the first time but since this was the second time it really pissed me off. WTF is wrong with people? I find it infuriating when people steal things like this. I live in a nice new building, people are supposed to be better than this! I'm assuming they did it both times so I'm not sure what to do.

Most apartment complexes have central laundry rooms. They don't have a washer and dryer in each apartment. The pic u posted looks like a typical street side laundromat.
