Stay at light heavyweight. You don't have to fight Cain to prove that you are the p4p best in the world by a mile. (edit: see bottom 3)

Why does everyone want him to fight Cain to prove his worthiness why can't we see accept that both fighters are exceptional and dominating their respective division.

I love Cain and I love him dominating the heavyweight division.

I love bones and I love him dominating the light heavyweight division.

Let it be. There will always be worthy contenders on each division. Such match up should not be forced but really up to the fighters and as fans we should respect that.

War Cain, war bones, war mighty mouse, war Pettis. They are truly the special ones and we should appreciate what we are seeing.

Maybe down the road If they keep beating their divisions contenders for a while and there is LITERALLY nobody left. Maybe just maybe then we should even bring up the question.

If jon Jones wins against the winner of Johnson and gus he will officially come 1 win away from becoming the goat. Anderson Silva is still the goat right now (not Fedor). Jon Jones is two wins away from taking the title officially and I speak for the people.

However.

Mighty mouse, Cain and Pettis are on there way to becoming goat status. If mighty mouse continues to look like an unbeatable ninja. If Cain continues to LITERALLY never get tired..... EVER...and..continues to win like he will. If Pettis continues to look like he's playing a goddmn video game in the octagon we will then appreciate each individual fighter and watch them dominate their respective division.

Cain keeps getting injured so much that there needed to be an interim belt. MM is just a big fish in a small pond. No excuse tho, he makes it look easy. And Pettis is barely getting started so pipe down.

Not much left for him at LHW except uninteresting match-ups and rematches (also Rumble)

Moving up to Heavyweight is risky but if Jones defeats Cain it would solidify him as the greatest fighter of all time for sure in my opinion.

I used to feel same as TS when everyone would bitch about GSP not fighting Silva, so I know what your saying but.........thing is Jones would actually be down for it and actually has the size to make the move. I'd be interested as hell to see that if it happens down the road.

Jones will maul Cain...
Jones is better striker better wrestler better in clinch game(no I am not high) and lastly I cant imagine a 240-250 lbs Jones...can you?

Not just that, Jones doesn't have
To cut weight anymore which means his cardio will be equal to Cain's as well.

No dehydration. He will have Proper food.
People conveniently ignore this cause it gets in the way of belching hatorade.

Jones hasn't even legitimately beat Gus yet. No need to talk about Cain and GOAT status yet.

It really annoys the haters that nobody can beat him. There are only a few guys in the entire UFC roster that have a shot and Cain is one of them. Therefore

I really think some people have a WWE mentality and don't understand that there are a LOT of sports fans who want to see the best compete, without this obsession about best ever and p4p.

Face it buddy: Jon Jones fighting at HW would be AWESOME! He won't be any less great, he'll simply provide incredible sporting events to watch.

It's a sport, not a religion. Stop looking for goats and messiahs, enjoy the sport itself, not the fighters.
