What do you think about riding a stationary bike for fat loss, i just did an hour , moderate pace and i feel great, distance was 27 km ?
That is what i am mostly worried about, muscle loss, so if i continue to lift i will lose mostly fat ?
I use it for warmups
I was looking for the Airdyne bike that way you will burn even more calories and great for cardio

However, you have to make sure that your diet is on point. Burning more calories can make fat loss easier, because you'll be able to eat a bit more while still keeping a caloric deficit, but it won't do anything for fat loss if you're eating too much
