Stat that boggled my mind. Cerrone 15, Cruz 1

Dominick Cruz has fought the same number of opponents since 2011 as Cain... let that sink in
Whoah.....that actually does blow my mind!!
... Yeah but it's not the same amount of fights.
Dom fought 3 times since the beginning of 2011 while Cain has fought 6 times... Which still isn't great, but let's be real here. Cain isn't on Dom's injury level quite yet.

I enjoy watching Cruz fights

Didn't Cruz win his last fight in the first?

10 wins in WEC and UFC, 8 of them by decision

and one of the ones that wasnt was because bowles broke his hand and the fight was ended by the doctor/he quit on his stool cant remember which

i normally like fighters like him

people like frankie, TJ, bisping who are very active

but he never appealed to me, probably because faber was one of my favourite fighters i suppose so was never a cruz fan

Fighting 6 times against 3 opponents is not a good thing. He may not be on Cruz's level of injuries, but Cain has been far more disappointing in that span. Cain's run from the time where he beat Brock to the present time has been arguably the most disappointing of any fighter in mma history imho.

Dillashaw hadn't even debuted in the UFC yet when Cruz last defended the belt.
