Starting tomorrow I'm going to be working out 5-6 days a week. My biggest concern is how much cardio to do at the start. I'm probably around the lower end of mediocre shape. I'm thinking of starting with heavier cardio until I'm in better shape, then toning it down and just using it to keep in shape.
Does this make sense at all, or is it just me making things up that don't really make sense?
