After maybe a 5 year layoff im starting up bjj again due to a new gym moving near me with one of my old instructors. Problem is I havent been walking for 2 weeks from a foot injury and im completely out of shape. are there any good instructional vids for blue belt level? i need to relearn my fundamentals and whatnot. I have the cesar gracie tapes which are awesome but i'd like more. also id like to start training in 2 weeks. can i just start out doing circuit training/squats/deads ect and jogging? I dont want to puke in training. Thats happened enough lol.
