Started going to an mma class, which is only twice a week. Weird, I know, but its originally a weightlifting gym with the owner who has boxing experience and a couple of pro mma bouts. Has a pro fighter in his gym. mma is on Mondays and Thursdays Lifting on Friday Sunday and Tuesdays I used to lift for about a year and am coming back after an 8? month hiatus. Lifts from Tuesday and Friday are as follows T- Squats 45x5x3 135x5x3 175x5x3 Bench 45x5x3 155x5x3 Hang Cleans 45x5x3 F- Squats 45x5x3 135x5x3 175x5x3 Power Cleans 45x5x3 115x5x3 140x5x2 135x5x1 did some tricep extensions- light weight pullups 10x1 6x1 4x1 freaking terrible... lol I am deadlifting tomorrow for the first time and have mma the next day... Wonder how thats gonna go lol
Changing My lift days to Wednesday Friday and Sunday, so I don't have to deadlift the night before MMA class.
