so im usually a lazy slob, and would only jog to my home from the gym (which probably isnt even a mile). in preperation for thailand, ive started jogging rougly 5 miles a day during my lunch shift, then goin to muay thai at night
the problem with muay thai, is that every day except wedsdays and saturdays, its usually just an hour class with maybe 2 rounds of padwork (alternating holding for partner) with shadow and some rope beforehand.
anyway, i know the jogging before training should make me a bit more tired, but the last couple days ive felt my energy levels rise, which is great, and my kicks feel even harder, but at fight training on saturday man my shoulders felt like cannonballs, and im usually more of a puncher than a kicker. yesterday too i felt shitty and it was only like 2 rounds
is all the running like drawing blood to my legs that would normally go to my shoulders? is this just typical stuff i can expect untill i get in better shape?
