Standup Drill for MMA

One thing I noticed is that you aren't pivoting your feet very much on your punches. Adding more of a pivot should give you a lot more power. Especially on the hooks. Also, you can hurt your knee throwing lead hooks without a pivot.

Also, try to point your feet/toes more on the leg/body kicks, and turn your hips over more. You want to land with the lower 1/3rd of your shin, and the front of it, not the side. Feel your shin bone. The front is sharp and the side is flat. That extra hip turn will make your kicks hurt much more for your opponent, and also protect your from breaking your leg if you get one checked.
