I have some idea about Guard and Stance, but could someone (Tokian or KaBuki) make a sticky of this?
Also one on moving would be nice to (i.e. which leg should you 1st with when your circling?). This would be much appreciated!

you might want to put a question mark after the title, or else people think you will have advice for them.

You should rather get a trainer to show you this stuff. Stance is one of those things that is different for everyone, but the general rule is wider and lower base. If by 'guard' you mean defense then, for MMA purposes, you generally want to avoid trying to stand slugging it out toe to toe throwing caution to the wind. Offloading quick combos followed by staying out of striking range work best for MMA. And as far as circling and movement goes... just don't cross your legs.

Hardly a need for stickies on these topics, these are pretty basic rudiments that you will learn in less than 4 months of training standup. Although a good idea might be a sticky on user submitted drills for things like defense, stance drills etc.

Should you always circle away from the person's power hand? For example if they are a righty you circle around his left?

sure you can, but also if ur the same stance ur taking power from ur power hand also circling to his left.

No. If you always circle in the same direction you become predictable.

^ agreed, and sometimes its easier 2 2 get inside goin toward ther power hand. the leg thats moves first is the leg in the direction ur goin ie. if ur goin left , ur left leg moves first. if ur goin forward , ur front leg moves first. this is really simple stuff bro , ur coach should have shown u all this.
