Who likes running stadium stairs over long distance. I sure as hell do and personally feel it goes along with a fight too. You run up the stairs explosive while slowing down to come back down(unless you get real good at it, but I almost trip if I go to fast...). I run my local HS stadium stairs which isnt huge, but defianately a good workout... I go up one side of the railing come back down the same side, ends up being 10 times up/down. I dont mind running and still do it, but I love the stairs... Just wandering everyone elses views for discussion.

I like to run bleachers after doing a regular run.

I wish I was someplace where the bleachers were more than five or 6 rows, lol

Well they're really 2 different things so each has their place. Stairs are great though they really kick my ass, we have a fairly big set in town that we do 12 sets of for the dirty dozen, its really fun doing them in the dead of winter with ice on the grated metal stairs.

Well I run before too. Im not sayin I substitute stairs for running, I just like stairs more.

When I do stairs in the winter, I have slipped on the ice and it sucked. I thought I was OK becuase there was more salt than ice.

It is only marginally better than the summer when there are a bunch of people there who look at you like you are crazy and then they can barely make it up the stairs.
