Is there anybody here that could give me some good interval training for running stairs, that includes the time and rest in between. Thanks

You really don't need any, just keep doing it and stop when you have to for a quick rest and then keep at it some more.

Run until you puke or quit. Smaller rests = faster puking and quitting.

Yeah, stairs are sick! I remember what we used to do when I wrestled, run up and down the stairs pushups at the top crunches at the bottom. But just run up and down them till ur tired, I think what works best is whatever tires you out!;)

    stairs are badass indeed.

go as fast as you can for 30 seconds & rest between 20-30 seconds. do that for like 30 or so sets and increase as you get fitter.

i like to find a nice big set and run up them then jog/walk down. repeat till exhausted

i prefer to slow down on the way down for safety reasons...more likely to slip on the way down

    awesome interval cardio

I usually keep going as fast as I can until I trip and smash my face into the next step jk but I just keep going till my legs just won't go anymore then I walk down but I have a huge set of stairs near my house it's great.
