I'm an aficionado....I like different ones for different foods. Ones I always have around include Louisiana Tabasco Sriracha Tabasco green cholula gotchu Marie sharpWhat is your hot sauce of choice, @tabascojet ?

I like the sriracha with the rooster on the bottle. It's too tasty. Frank's buffalo is good too. If I get wings at a restaurant I generally order very hot but I never keep very hot sauce at the house.El Yucateco hot sauces for the bayou win.
Wut Wut Wut is the Parlay connection ?
I have red Cholula that I keep on the table because the wood top makes the spread look snappy. I have Texas Pete sriracha in the fridge now because it was BOGO. Huy Fong is the best because of a sweetness imho. I also have a Louisiana hot sauce on hand at all times. In North Carolina we like vinegar based sauces. @CajunI'm an aficionado....I like different ones for different foods. Franks Red Hot with butter is the best wing sauce as far as Buffalo style. I am hooked on Teri-Hoti, which is a teriyaki hot. You can pretty much marry any hot sauce that is decent with butter and Kikkoman's teriyaki sauce.I like the sriracha with the rooster on the bottle. It's too tasty. Frank's buffalo is good too.
