I'm having problems with my grip, both thumb over and thumb around the bar, in low bar position. I'm not flexible enough so my arms don't go back far enough and when the bar's heavy it bends my wrists backwards. How can I improve my flexibility?
by thumb over the bar do you mean just pressing the thumb as well as the whole hand against the bar? thats supposed to be the best way to hold the bar in the low bar position if thats what your doing
