Squat Form Check

    In both videos it looks like you aren't staying tight in your upper back and your lower back is rounding a lot as you go low. Your depth is good but your back needs to be way tighter; your lower back should stay neutral (which is hard to do, I can barely do it myself -_-) when you're in the hole.

    Yeah, that tail-tucking is the biggest thing I can see. Work on your hamstring & lower back flexibility.

    I thought patting the head and rubbing the tummy was hard but this takes the cake. Whistling and squatting......impressive.

    Do you always make that much noise when you squat or was that just for our entertainment?

    And yeah, the biggest thing I see is the tail tuck. Work on hamstring flexibility and keeping your back really tight.
