Squat Form Check and a few questions

First day of squatting 5 x 5, only 95 lbs here but how's it look? The depth is pretty much as low as I could get due to flexibility. Powercages get delivered next Thursday, so I was getting the bar on my back from a seated press rack.


Also current Pull/Press/Squat routine is looking like this

DL
Chest Supported Rows
Chins

Press
Bench
Skullcrushers
YTWLI, main reasoning on these is I play softball 4 nights a week 4 months out of the year

LBBS
GM's
Ab Roll Outs

I'd like to add in GHR some where and would like peoples thoughts on if anything else should be changed or moved around for a noob?
 
I really dont know much about squats but its better if you take off the sweatshirt next time
 
Your shoes needs to go. If you have anything that has a flat sole (ie. chucks) then wear that. Otherwise, lift in your socks/barefeet. If you watch the vid, you can see your feet rocking forward and back during your squat.
 
Your hip crease was below your knee, so your depth is good, but it did look like your back was rounding down at the bottom a bit.
