Man I get bored as all hell long distance. I was reading the article on the 2 and 4 hundred meter sorints as opposed to long distance running. Plus you can preserve the strength and muscle from lifting better that way. Your guys opinions?

I like sprints better. I do 10- 100 yard dashes and before a fight I do 20- 100 yard dashes 2 times a week and a 3 mile run once a week. Run 3 times a week. After it's the work out. 100 push ups, squats, sit ups, and combos.

Yeah, I reccomend the running man article to everyone new to sprinting. It's good stuff.

Which method do you recommend? The 400 meter one looks the most attractive to me.
