Bah, I sorta have a reason being diabetic. If my BS goes up too highs and stays there my body stores sugar and hence I gain weight so keeping my Blood sugar under control usually is the hardest thing to do. Its like a back qand forth game. Do your insulin too early before a meal or right after and yourt BS can drop to very bad levels and basically go to toll on you (For me if my BS drops to 60 or below, which is real bad , you feel like you haven't eaten in days and are starved). If you do it too late your BS can rise to 200+ and thats when you can gain a hella lot of weight and of course have problems later on in life. I am glad I cought mine early.
