Just curious what you guys do to practice your sprawl without a partner? Videos of drill would be best, but typed description will work too. I've seen a few ideas mentioned on the forums (some including a ball, some saying the ball is bad), but all mentioned not just falling and throwing your legs back. Want to make sure I don't learn bad technique.
Obviously a live opponent is best, but my MMA classes usually focus on BJJ stuff once on the ground, so I'd like something to help train during my free time.
