This may sound like a strange question but, how do you wash your Sprawl fight shorts?
I have had a pair for about 2 months and my wife has washed them in the washing machine.
I was wearing them the other day and saw that the whole left side fabric had separated from the seam all the way down the shorts.
Any suggestions. They are in the trash now. It is kind of expensive for two months of use.

washing machine cold, normal cycle... and i am not supposed to put them in the dryer I think but I do :)

and ummm. yeah I dunno that SHOULDNT happen, unless your wife like

put bleach and I-rip-seam-powder in the wash. seriously.

Yea. I wash them normally, just make sure they are velcroed when washed so it doesent get messed up.
 
Had mine about 6 months, usually wash em once a week. Make sure the velcro is fully fastened, even a bit and it will grab. Also, wash them inside out.


If you still have the receipt, take a quick pic of the shorts and email it to Sprawl. I hear they have awesome customer service, so they might be able to help ya out.

Just curious, which ones did you have?
 
thats a good question redrum cause if these are like, REALLY old and u only just started using them they may have been from the defect batch they had a while ago. over 6 months though I am pretty sure.

also. do your own washing or get your wife to read the tags, otherwise if she is doing something wrong you won't do any love for your replacement shorts if you get a pair.

You let your wife use a washing machine...seriously, she's spolied...I still make mine use a washboard..haha...

In all seriousness though that shouldn't happen, I'd consider giving Sprawl a shout, big name like that should be willing to stand behind their product and I'm sure they will!
 
Yeah, cold water normal or delicate. Wash inside out to protect the logos etc from coming off. Then hang dry. Same procedure with rash guards. And like everyone said, make sure the velcro is fastened.

Sprawl is absolutly number 1 for customer service wow.
 
i have some sprawl shorts.. the same kind kos wears:( not intentional..anywayi dont think i have washed them yet.... soooo. sorry
 
Steve, I actually bought them from ebay, even though they were brand new I dont know if you are responsible. But I will say that is probably one of the most stand up things anyone has ever done for me with customer service. I would however love to get another pair. Please let me know if you can still help.

Gotta love it!

For future reference I air dry all my SPRAWLs.
