Sprawl Gflex and venum light shorts size help please

G flex and Venum light shorts are going to be my very first fight shorts
and i never tried fight shorts before
and i saw many reviews about sizing but there are too many opinions about it so..

my waist is 33 inch
also i wear jeans with 33 waist and they are loose
i am about 160 pounds and 6'1"

i was thinking about getting 32 for sprawl
and 33(medium) for venum

what do you guys think?

Sprawls are true fit, meaning the waistband will be 32" if you get size 32s, but they have an elastic waistband that stretches a lot.

I suggest you get size 30 if you want a snug fit. 32 might feel too loose on you around the hips area, even with the drawstring tightened. My motto for Sprawl is always order a size down.

wherever your buying the venum shorts, should have a size chart.

Sprawl.tv has one for their shorts. obviously.

Here is the sizing that we have for our Venum Shorts:

Small: 30/31
Medium: 33
Large: 34/35
XL: 36/37
XXL: 38
