I'm competing in a Judo tournament I wonder if anyone has an idea what the best sportbreakfast is for Judo or any other sport in which you need exposive energie.

Eat a good breakfast early, don't eat anything for a few hours before the match. I'd eat whatever you like to eat (but not like, you know, a box of doughnuts, lol). Just something that you'd eat on a sat. morning if you were planning to train real hard that day.

Just bring some healthy snacks and some sports drinks and water, but don't eat before the match.
 
Oatmeal and protein powder (whey is good) are always safe bets for a powerful breakfast. You might also want to add some fruits such as blueberries, bananas, etc.
