And this is why I never did drugs (weed just a couple times which I couldn't even handle that)

Cardiac arrest wasn't from the drugs, it was brought on by excited delirium. It's a common cause of death for people who are high as fuck and fight the police. This guy nearly died without even getting into a scrap with them. If these two coppers didn't do things exactly like they did that dude was a dead man.
