Unbreakable has the most rewatchability of any m night film imo. Split is great too. These are 2 of his 3 best films. Too bad I thought glass failed completely. Could have had a special trilogy if it was wrapped up right.

Unbreakable and it's not even close. Split has some cool elements and a compelling performance by McAvoy, but otherwise it's pretty meh. Unbreakable is a great film all around and probably the most underrated 'superhero' movie out there. It has so much more to offer than most of the garbage assembly superhero stuff and it's original.

McCoy give an absolute fucking masterclass though in his performance. His physical changes between characters is so under rated.

The Sixth Sense and Unbreakable are both quite somber, bordering on morose movies. And I think there’s something to be said about the former being such a massive hit because not many movies with virtually no levity are that widely popular.

Those are probably his two best films overall. I voted for unbreakable over Split without hesitation. Split is good, one of his better movies, but it rests squarely on McAvoy’s and Taylor Joy’s shoulders. Their performances really sell that movie.

Unbreakable is just very solid overall. As a big fan of Willis and Sam, it was cool to see them in a film together again, giving strong performances. But at its core, that movie is well constructed and intriguing. It has a very good premise and Night and the crew execute it seamlessly.

Signs is also quite good in my opinion. People decry the logic but how many blockbuster type movies really stand up to scrutiny. It just seems like there is a sliding scale for some reason. The type of lapses in rationality that are tolerated in certain popcorn films are lambasted in others (look at the way The Dark Knight Rises, a film that was well received by critics is often excessively derided on the forums).

Signs delivers where it counts- great performances from Gibson, Joaquin, and the young actors. Really good technical work from Night and the crew. Fundamentally tense and chilling atmosphere.

It's a great film but hate the 'invite card' ending.
