I'm following a program that's 5 days a week with two body parts each day but I'm wondering if I'll grow more if I focus on each body part one day of the week that way I'd be focusing all my power into that part.

How many body parts are you training and how often?

I'm sorry, but what part of Strength and Conditioning Discussion did you not understand?

You are following a Bodybuilding split routine. Nothing wrong with that, if your goal is hypertrophy. But this is certainly the wrong place to post questions on it.

Bodybuilding is considered strength and conditioning.

    Legs
    Chest + Abs
    Back

Is the routine I'm on now but previously it was a little different.

But wouldn't you get gains more by spending a full amount of energy into a specific part of your body? Instead of doing your chest workout and then having less energy to do biceps/triceps?

I want to discuss this topic with other members.... FAQ doesn't answer everything.

If you had thoroughly read the FAQ then you would understand why this is a stupid thread.

Obvious troll is obvious. He has a purple belt on here, he is able to read and comprehend threads. Probably.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt, here...

There's nothing inherently wrong with what you are doing, though the devil is in the details.

Since we're the strength and conditioning forum, we tend to think in terms of "How do I get stronger" rather than "How do I work my Triceps". You'll get better traction for your questions if you can find a way to reformat in terms of a performance question. What's your actual routine in terms of exercises (as opposed to muscles)? What are you actually trying to do, and how will you measure the result?

    This man speaks the truth.

Everyone knows that the bigger your gunzorz are the stronger you are.

And shit, this dude probably has cardio for MILES:

I mean, just look at him. How is he NOT the strongest and most conditioned person on the planet.

Cut out the legs day completely (nobody notices them). You're gonna wanna work the curls and kick backs twice a week.
