Spivac vs Cortes heights way off

Anyone else notice that Waldo was listed at 6'4" to Spivac's 6'3" but is a good 2 inches shorter than him? Is this the return of height cutting? Taking tips from Carwin?

Cortes' height has always been off. He's shorter than Arlovski too who's around 6'4".
