"Spinal Extension" cue - slaying biznatches

Watching those Clarence Kennedy vids, I found myself doing paused squats instead of regular.

Much more satisfying.
Definitely gonna do these predominantly in future.

I hit 140 kgs on the bench for 2.
Bench gone from 125 to 140 in under a week.
Quite a jump.

Okay - I'm not necessarily gonna say I "slayed" this biznatch but, I went for a massage, to get out the knots from a weeks training.

The masseuse got really horny whilst massaging me (22 yr old brazilian), started making out with me, then took off her clothes and hopped up on the table beside me.

I digitalled her to climax.

She soaked the table - yeah - that's what I'm talking about.

Fo' real.

This is just a dry run for the moment.
I gotta slay a random street walker, but - goes to show.

I know what I'm knowing.

Cleaned 100 kgs today - first time.

Felt strong.

Failed on the jerk.

But fully clean and jerked 97.5 kgs.

Started from the hang position BTW - off the rack.
Always do.

Smashed 100 kgs C and J today.

I found, I should lean over the bar more so I get more upward torque during the pull.

That, and breathing correctly during the lift - has allowed me to totally get passed the insurmountable 95 kg C and J barrier I've always had.

I also cleaned 102.5 kgs - but failed on the jerk.

That is quite a jump - any recent vids showing all these new PRs?

I'll get some vids.

The other thing is - I've overhead pressing my ass off.

Stopped the smith machine - feels ungainly.

Just, seated overhead barbell - 80 kgs for 6 is the max.

Seat overhead dumb bell, 35 kg bells.

And standing overhead - I think 60 kgs sor something, I can't remember that one.

It's like, my body is craving over head pressing right now.

Some push press.

I couldn't hit 175 kgs squat this morning.

170

I think the 140 kg bench is what ya'll are looking for.

I'll get that next week.

Hit 440 kgs on leg press.

440 kgs of plates, that is.
12 plates either side.

Just getting more accurate spinal extension - via more forward hip tilt - allowed me to break the 420 kg barrier I had.

Tried doing chest today.

Apparently, overhead press affects chest also cause, after heavy over head press yesterday, my chest had nothing today.

That is quite a jump - any recent vids showing all these new PRs?

From 125x5 to 140 for one or two reps, that doesn't seem like that much of a jump

125 kgs on bench for 5 reps yesterday - a new BP for me.
I hit 140 kgs on the bench for 2.
Bench gone from 125 to 140 in under a week.

But I would also be interested to see a vid, due to this:
Using a shorter bench where I can tilt my head back over the top, allows better spinal extension - immediately added 15 kgs onto my max.

I smashed 180 kgs on squats today.

Well - didn't actually smashed it.

I barely made it - but I still fucking made it.

So my new BP for squats is 180 kgs.

I also started doing bench pressing in the cage, which mitigates the possibility of crushing myself under a failed lift in future; which was becoming a bothersome prospect.

Standing strict press - all day.

Dude was right in the other thread: this is the only press - everything else is secondary.

I SMASHED 65 kgs on this today.

Which is 2.5 kgs higher than my previous.

I was leg pressing 440 kgs today - and it felt like one of my quads was going to rupture.

So I backed it off to 420 and finished like a boss.
