"Spinal Extension" cue - slaying biznatches

I couldn't do shit today.

Body was fried.

That's after only two days training?

Perhaps it's the heavy upper body work suddenly reintroduced taking a toll on the system.
I certainly hope it is.

Not seeing a lot of slayin of biznatches

Well, see - I realized I had to get my upper body jacked again.

It's complex, you see.
But anything worthwhile, does not come over night.

So - I'm about 5 sessions of upper body work back into getting upper body jacked again.

125 kgs on the bench today.

235 kg trap bar DL's

Overhead press is slowly slowly coming back.

Each week, I'll update my progress.

But when it all comes together - it will be spectacular.

Heavy session this morning.

Two sets of muscle ups, two sets of dips.

Clean and jerks, up to, 95 kgs.
Working on bracing and releasing correctly on these.
Started using a belt, which I never did on these.

Muscle press - up to 50 kg bells.

Then, squats - up to, 170 kgs - which is 5 kgs off my max.

Then I dragged my limp carcass from the gym.

This biznatch kept getting up in my space in the gym.
So eventually, I give her the deep and meaningfuls, and she looks like she's just beat me in a contest, and blanks my ass after that.

Biznatch!!

Up to 20 and 1/4 plates on leg press.

45 kgs bicep curls.

Building back in body weight exercises at lower volume.
They're really improved when I don't burn out my upper body on them.

75 kg overhead press.

The upper body is slowly coming back.

Oh and needless to say, the sexual energy courses stronger with each session.

Went for a quick one this evening, just to finish out the week with some muscle press.

40 up to 50 kgs dumb bells.

Amazing - the different that stacked/jacked upper body makes.

It's coming on so nicely already.

I whipped off my football shirt after a couple sets, and had on my white wife beater, with a pair of black wrist wraps.

I give it a stroll up and down the gym, clocking the scene.
I see this dipshit with his girlfriend, a real fucking hill billy looking motherfucker - but his woman is hot; I make sure to get up in her space nicely, and I feel her basically cower/get wet, in my presence.
Awesome.

These chick are lined up along the edge waiting for a class to begin, and when I get around to clocking them, they are basically clocking me back like their fucking life depends on it.

The way I see it now is - upper body and ass/legs - basically, work in synergy.
Either is good.
But, in stand alone - neither one compares to what both do together.

Stand by for further updates.

More intervals in terms of days between body weight workouts now - which has vastly improved the quality.

15 dips
10 hand stand press ups.

3 sets.

Bench - 90 to 125 kgs.
Maxed out for 3 reps on 125.

I use a belt on the bench - it does give me extra drive.

Squats - felt fatigued so, hit 150 kgs for two sets of three after working up, and left it at that.

Then some cable flies/cross overs.

What I discovered today on my romanian deadlift/sumo deadlift hybrid, is that I shouldn't rest the weight on the ground as if it's a normal deadlift - which is what I had been doing.

Much more fluid this way - like I guess it should be done, is normally done.

Upper body was feeling a little fatigued, after pressing 47.5 kg bells - just couldn't hit 50's today.

What i did learn though is, keep my feet sufficiently back, so I get enough spinal extension and leg drive, to power the weight up.
Makes a huge difference.

Oh yeah - I went to the disco couple night back.

I am on fucking fire.

Truth is, at the moment, I'm not even worried about pulling the trigger with bitches.
I'm just having a good time, having them admire my shit and basically acting like I'm unbelievably hot in the club - which of course, I am.
But acting like it further emphasizes that, which makes them want my delicious meat to the point of irresistibility.

125 kgs on bench for 5 reps yesterday - a new BP for me.

Hopefully will see the full 6 shortly, then move it up to 130 kgs.

Hit 21 plates on leg press today - 6 reps - first time.

When someone says how much they can leg press - do they talk only about the plates?
Or do they include the weight of the press itself?

As in, bench, I hit 120 - which is 100 kgs of plates, 20 kgs of bar.

Overhead press on smith machine.

Using a shorter bench where I can tilt my head back over the top, allows better spinal extension - immediately added 15 kgs onto my max.

Watching some Clean and jerk instruction vids - working on exaggerating that hip thrust - really has improved them lifts, and snatches.

Working on them this morning - get the bar up a lot more efficiently.

After being completely wasted yesterday, I took the rest of the day off, and had a solid session this morning.

Couple body weight circuits - hand stand press ups, diamond press ups.

Then, dumb bell press flat, and at an angle - up to 50 kgs flat.
47.5 kgs at an angle.
Oddly - I think it's possible they're easier at an angle (incline).

Did a lot of sets, getting that pump on - was pretty toasted in the upper body after.

So hit some RDL/Sumo DL's.

I totally crushed my max of 205 kgs - by doing 205 kgs for 2, then 215 kgs for 1 - which was tough but, I hit it.

Going up the weights, I wore a belt always, and used knee wraps past 175 kgs.

Ordered some elbow sleeves for the upper body work - so should be getting them in a week or two - which I'm looking forward to cause, getting slight twinges in my elbows after some heavy upper body work.

Hit 135 kgs on the bench today, for 3.
130 for 5.

Pretty happy with that.

Hit 90 kgs on overhead press on smith machine.

I also got elbow sleeves.
There's not a whole lot of support in them but, apparently they're good to wear so, fuck it - I couldn't find elbow wraps anyways.

220 kgs dead lift - could probably have gone heavier.

35 kgs dumb bell overhead press.

50 kg incline dumb bell press.

Them bell presses make my body feel awesome.
