Speedbag replicating device?

I know this is really random, but maybe one of you can help me out with finding out the name of this contraption.

If I had to describe it, I'd say it's about a foot and a half long, pill shaped metal thing with two handles on the inside far ends, with rotating handles meant for replicating a speedbag motion.

Anyone know the proper name for it?
I can draw up a crude MS paint depiction if need be.

It's called the burn machine. U can look on The Burn Machine ? TRAIN LIKE A BOSS! It looks pretty cool, and there are videos of it on youtube. But I just cant afford 100+ bucks for one.
