Sup my sherdoggers.

So turns out after years of doing bag/mitts/sparring with Reyes my hands hands have finally felt the pass of time, i feel like a wimpy child when my knuckles/fingers/wrist begin hurting after a few sessions of Bag/Spar, i have mainly done boxing but now i am planning to work my way into Muay Thai.

I need a good pay that is kind to my hands and yet good for sparring, any recommendations?

I was Going back and forth between

Twins classic lace up

Pricewise the Ikusa by Hayabusa also seem like a choice, although not a big fan of velcro only

On the other hand i could also say fuck that and go back to reyes and let my hands turn into ashes.

Help me compadres, preferentially lace up, not too on the pillow feeling but still decent care for my hands.

Have you considered getting a pair of knuckle guards (specifically the Winning ones)? I have the exact same Reyes gloves you showed and I don't find myself having wrist problems because of it.

Winning knuckle guards + Reyes = best glove imo

That actually sounds like a great alternative that I never considered. Gonna check how difficulties to find them and try them on my old pair of Cletos!

I like hayabusa products, haven't had a bad experience with them.

80-150, if I spent over 100 I might go back to Reyes

Forget the ikusa's. There not even in the same league as the tokushu's. Save your knuckles and get the tokushu's. I haven't been training long at all but already feel the difference in my knuckles. I'm going to put winning ng-2 in my tokushu. I sometimes do up to 50 rounds of heavy bag a week.

Try Technoir in the mexican boxing thread for other options.

Twins are definitely easy on the hands.
Boons "die" quickly with extensive pad and bag work; they end up bottoming out and making your hands feels like hot roadkill haha.

Thank you guys for your input at this point I am leading towards the winning knuckle protectors , if not then I ll go back to square zero onto another pair for training

I would recommend fairtex. I heard good things about hayabusa and twins.
