Someone asked me. Would you?
Someone asked me. Would you?
Why wouldn't you?
Someone asked me. Would you?
Why not? Work on technique and defense. Remember that she signed up for it, too, and she should have understood that men were going to be throwing punches at her. She wouldn't be there if she wasn't okay with it.

Yes. I've sparred with women several times. I use it to work on my skill and speed.
No problem Rolling with women at BJJ either. Again, it's a good chance to take power out of the equation and work on skill. I've never found it embarrassing(except when the woman is kicking my ass:redface. Besides, a heavy Gi pretty much deadens any potentially embarrassing physical contact; she might as well be wearing Kevlar all over...
Lol, practicing mount holds or taking their back can be quite awkward.
of course. it woudl be unfair not to spar with a girl. She is paying and training too. YOu can spar wihtout going 100%. WOrk on technique and defense.
I've sparred with girls, one of which was holly holm. I felt like a punching bag trying to spar with her
