If looking to extend life longer in America there is an activity that studies have found can help. Being in the sun/ sunbathing has been found to increase life spans by 3 to 8 years. Go spend time at a beach. Take up an outdoor sport such as golf. Go for walks around the neighborhood. Ext. They should all help extend life.

This was a twenty-year study. If average life expectancy is around eighty years, we can safely multiply those figures by four, to work out that a decent amount of sun exposure can add somewhere between three, to eight years, to your life expectancy. Let’s call it five.
