Is soy milk healthy to drink? If no, then why not? Also I'm looking to get some fish oil capsules, which brand do you guys recommend most?

Search for "Vegan Bodybuilding" in the S&P forum. Entropy posted a lot on this. I don't think there's a consensus, but I can't counter his argument, and the fact that Terumo made an off-hand comment that indicates he agrees with Entropy makes me believe you probably shouldn't consume it.

    1) It is soy for God's sake; why use an inferior plant-based protein for a protein source?
    2) In my opinion, it tastes like shit.

I have seen some say its a complete protein, while others say it lacks in just 1 type of amino acid. Which is true? If its complete, and u feel u hav too much testosterone, why not just a cup? testosterone or dihydrotestosterone is a factor in prostate enlargement and baldness in old age.

technically goats milk is the closest thing to your mother's tit that you're going to get. However I haven't been able to find any that isn't ultrapasturized (and hence has much of the nutritional value removed). In short, whole cow milk is what I drink raw (un homogenized and unpasteurized) is even better.

Soy milk contains coriginenan or something like that. According to my instructor it is cancernogenic. Also soy has female hormones, that may be a concern.

I've heard of that too from a body builder from my old gym. He said to stay away from it.

I drink Organic Soy Milk every day, personally I like it better. It's more natural than drinking a Cow's milk, which I used to drink up until a few years ago. I just came to the realization than it's not natural to drink from the tit of an animal, and just because I was raised on it isn't a reason I should keep drinking it. Now, if they sold breast milk in cartons ...

No, this is much too far. This is the myth the other way. None of the studies indicated any of the men put on soy grew tits.

Let's keep shit in perspective. Entropy's is the strongest argument on this board, but there are many nutritionists who still recommend soy. Let's not get carried away.
