Hey guys, I had a quick question about soy cheese.

Melissa's Produce, Fruit & Vegetable Information *- Soy Slices

I am fighting 2 weeks and I was thinking of adding one of these to my egg whites at breakfast to get some taste. what do you guys think, the 25 calories from fat and some of the stuff in it is what I am wondering about. These look pretty healthy and look ok to eat if I am cutting. I was wrong about the suger free jello thougth so I thought I would ask you guys before hand

MOTHERFUCK! No, one god damned piece of soy cheese isn't going to make you grow tits, be less manly or impede your weight goals. Do some of you guys post using an 1/8th of your brain?

Is your diet really so strict that the difference between a piece of soy cheese vs a piece of real cheese in the mornings is gonna matter?

Soy Cheese vs Kraft Amer. Singles

    40 calories vs 60 calories
25 fat cal. vs 40 fat cal.

My guess would be that 20 calories/day isn't gonna make or break you.

I would go with the soy, calories add up. I would focus on cutting my carbs first, then looking at my total caloric intake, but I never had to cut weight in my life so what do i know.

Yeah, I already have my carbs cut out. The only time I ever eat carbs is the morning or after a really hard work out, I just didnt know if the calories from fat where healthy fats or not because I am not sure where they come from. This is the first time I am coming down from so heavy, first fight I cut 5 pounds second I cut 3 so I normally do a very good job of getting down since I dont like cutting water due to the health issues of it. This time I'll prolly be cutting 10 pounds of water.

If you'd recommend cutting carbs wouldn't you say that includes soy in all forms?

Anyway, one piece of soy cheese for breakfast isn't going to hurt you, so long as you don't eat a ton of it at every meal or something.

funny thing about the soy cheese is it has no carbs in it:/ and I found low carb tortillas to eat my breakfast on. I normally eat egg white burrito with soy cheese and some green beans 7g of carbs total and 4 are from fiber, plus i jog in the morning before I eat breakfast so it all evens out. 169 this morning baby:p
