Here's a sovereign citizen "victory tape" which isn't as much fun as the OP's clip, but there's a moment where a kid talks himself out of a speeding ticket by pulling out a full physics lecture using calculations and a toy car.

These sovereign citizens must have some mental instability. Even if, by some miracle, they actually were right and the cop wrong, why not just comply with simple requests like showing a driver's license instead the alternative of getting your window busted and being hauled off to jail.

If only everyone thought that way. The world would be a much better place.
