Law South Florida: Is this Police Intimidation? Asking for a Complaint Form

So they sent a lone white guy into the police station, (Sorry Race Baiters)

To ask for a complaint form and he was met with a bit of hostility and you might call it intimidation.

What do you think about that?

They didn’t want to hand over a form or instructions to file complaints without hearing who or what it was about. This would probably be enough to Make most timid people too afraid to file a complaint.
 
I think it has a helluva lot more to do with the king of the castle, good ole boys culture that has been around in that area forever. Those guys feel like they run the town and do this shit to stroke their own ego. But this is pretty disgusting to watch.
 
The same guy wanted to spam complaints in multiple counties with no name, no address, no actual complaint? Yeah go away
 
The video was posted three years ago. I have never seen you spell the word "ridiculous" right, you usually try "ridicules". These are the things I know to be true about you and they make me think that you are dim.

LOFL, that's not intimidation, that's individuals that quickly grew tired of talking to a moron.

Walk up to any random person on the street and spam the same question over and over and see how they react.

I saw the opening and then when they throw to Mike his clothes made me think it was old. I didn't really want to look too deep so I just found that the video in the op was posted to Youtube in 2018. This does not seem threadworthy unless there is a sub for useless old shit.

LOL most cops look/act like this. How can bootlicker respect out of shape, clearly not brave, bitter morans? This dude spent most of his life behind a desk and sitting in a parked car pretending to be badass, probably abused cats as a teenager.

No joke, McDonald's employees are expected to act as more of a respectable civilized adult toward people than all these out of shape low IQ, not brave clowns.

I wouldn’t call that criminal behavior, especially since we’re seeing a possibly edited video of a troll encounter, but still not acceptable.
 
I like watching police station audits every once in a while, asking for a complaint form is a classic. Some dumb cops lose their shit in a very inappropriate way. A couple of cops got charged with assault for attacking auditors. It's like the dumb cops don't understand that they're paid to enforce the law, not "Filming inside feels like it's not allowed." Your feelings don't matter; you don't get to bark orders based on how you feel, only the law. And that's with the camera on in full view. I can imagine that the behaviour could get really bad with a hidden camera, where they don't believe they're being filmed and there won't be consequences.
 
Surely there’s an online resource of some kind here. Hell most of these departments have social media accounts. Seems a very public forum to lodge any grievance.
