It's great on potatoes, veggie tacos, burritos and if you mix it with salsa it makes a fantastic dip.
 
Love it. Especially good if someone overcooks a steak.

Sour cream is delicious. I generally never have it so I just substitute plain Greek yogurt.

You must try Russian sour cream - smetana. It is much better than the shit you get in the USA.
