Wasn't motivated to lift but coworker talked me into doing something...

After 10.5 years I finally did an MRI on the right knee after my squatting fiasco. I was thinking it was either ruptured PCL and/or LCL due to double pop and knee wobble as well as knee giving out on me at least twice during basketball to the outside. The doctor was so confident it was my ACL he jokingly made a 'gentlemen's bet' with me saying I can have an office in his department if I win. Turns out we were both wrong. I have a tear of the lateral meniscus. While rare, knee giving out is one of the symptoms of a torn lateral meniscus. Now I am going to see a surgeon next week to see what my options are. This makes both knees with lateral meniscus tears. My left has a complete rupture down the middle thanks to stupidity with heavy lunges 15 or so years ago. But I don't feel it much unless I bend my leg all the way back.

Tried BulkSupplements Niacin today at around 2g dosage and got a bad flush. Turns out the AliExpress stuff if it's B3, it's likely Nicotinomide not nicotinic acid which is the flushing Niacin. The Ali one I have taken up to 4g and got very mild skin tingling if anything. I am not sure if it's cut with anything or just the nonflushing version. Definitely reaffirmed my commitment to never buy any supplements from AliExpress. I was red and itching like a methhead for 2-3 hours today. I will bump it down to 0.5-1g and see if it's not as bad.

---7th day of BPC157 with SQ application between ~600-700mcg. I am definitely seeing improvement. Once better I will use it for other nagging injuries. It will be amazing if it can help with my ankle or hernia type issue. I ordered 10mg vial of BPC157, 10mg of TB500, and 5mg of CJC 1295 DAC. Should be interesting.

I got my peptides from Au.strope.ptides (China) and of course when looking at the vials it looks like there's vastly different amounts in there vial to vial. The guy claims in the FAQs it is normal and in fact referred me to the FAQs. But I call bs. One vial has 1/4 or even 1/5th of another. Sure some peptide gets loose and smears across the glass but not to that point...very disappointing...today was first day I tried their BPC and GHK and didn't feel shit...I'll give it a bit more time but it's disappointing to piss away 300+$.

-----I like the new pull up bar that attaches to the door frame via tension....it's very solid and supposed to support up to 440lb...I set it up at work where we have metal door frames.....it has more utility than the other pull up bar I got which is solid for chins but not good for situps etc...

I was debating pushing it to 48 but ultimately decided against it....this was a relatively easy fast and I barely had any water....a few sips maybe to down my powder supplements and a couple pill supplements....skipped most of my staple supplements
