sore knees

hey, new here
i just started doing guerrilla cardio, and the next day after doing it my knees were sore as fuck. do your knees actually get sore, or am i fucking up my joints from stressing them too much? sorry forgot this was the strength section
 
Actually your joints themselves can get sore, but usually if they are not used to the workout or you just did to much? or did to much to soon ?? without letting your body get used to it.
 
yea ok thats what i figured. i thought i mightve sprinted with bad form

well i just don't know if the way i ran had to do with any of it, cause when im sprinting, i feel like im running with different form
 
Your joints probably arn't strong atm ? Do you squat to strengthen the ligaments ? If your having bad knee problems maybe go get acupunture on ur knees.
 
You are running on some sort of soft surface (like grass or athletic track) and not concrete, right? And you have good shoes?

Are your knees screwed up from before?
 
i sometimes run on concrete =( which is what i did for hiit. but yea i do squats, and ive never felt them this sore before
 
there's a dirty joke about oral sex here somewhere... hmmmm...
 
When you do squats, make sure your knees never go past your toes. Going past puts too much stress on them. Plus try running on the ball of your foot. It will soften the impact when the foot lands thus giving less shock to the knees. Or run on sand. You cant run as long cos its more tiring buy you get a better session from it and no damage to your knees
 
Supplementation with Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate may help. Perhaps even fish oil.
