chael spitting truth right hurrr. Im surprised he didnt say his fav moment was beating down Anderson for 5 rounds.

It was awesome seeing Sonnen in the UFC for as long as we did. But now it's firing time from Dana. Chael's winning the heart of Dana's dream girl one interview at a time.

I'm not totally on board with WMMA quite yet, but I agree with Chael here. If you're going to have it, follow the same principles in play in the rest of the UFC.

He's absolutely right, the champion should always headline(unless of course there's a bigger championship fight in the same card).

Well, that's part of the argument for the people against it. She was given the UFC title. She didn't win it. None of the other Strikeforce champs received UFC belts.

Even if this is the case she shouldn't be headlining a PPV. At best a FX card.

Normally you fight to become champ if we are talking tradition

Make it the main event! UFC is obviously trying to build up momentum for WMMA and as most of us have seen, there are a lot of tough girls out there that obviously want to have this as a career opportunity.

Know its WEC but what about Aldo ?

As usual, women are being given their opportunities with very little dues being paid after men have paved the way and paid all the dues.

Step 1: Men do all the work and sacrifice for very little reward
Step 2: A breakthrough happens and there is an explosion of opportunity and reward
Step 3: Women start to cry no fair and what about them
Step 4: Women are given opportunities and get highly rewarded off the blood, sweat and tears sacrificed by the men before them. No appreciation for opportunities given to them or what the men before them sacrificed so that they could have the opportunity they now have. Instead bitch about how 'it's about time' and crap like that.

How come women's MMA has to suckle off the teet of men's? If women are so independent and can do it on their own like they always like to claim, let them have their own organization, run by women, judged by women, financed by women, with all women's cards. Funny how men don't need women to do what they do, but women always have to do what they do off the backs of men.

Ughh, are society is so brainwashed!

That's because the WMMA division is new like FW and BW was. FYI, both Dominick and Aldo were given title without having to fight for them.

But this gets repeated in every thread, not sure why people like you don't get it.

The WEC guys who were the champs of previously nonexistent UFC divisions received belts upon their arrival.

Exactly. IMO, I would've had Aldo and Cruz fight for the title with their first fight being for the vacant title but if they didn't make them do it then why make Ronda do it?
