Got turned on to Suicidal Tendencies last Satuday - they opened up for the Metallica Tour in Charlotte NC.Their music F'n rocked, the singer totally interacted with the crowd, rocking hard through the entire audience on the stage's floor. He had So Much Energy, and gave some great uplifting advice and examples on how difficult and fleeting life can be at times.

Life is what you make it based on your decisions AND who you choose to associate with.
Life can be going So Damn Good ya can't stand it, then in a single second by making one poor decision - life can be permanently changed for the wost, even ended.

Whatever happens in your life can usually be changed by ending bad habits and staying away from known bad influences. What a great singer & what a performance by his metal AF band.

Metallica got Trujillo from suicidal after newsted left. I learned about social tendencies from going to pizza Hut as a grade schooler hearing it played over and over on their jukebox(also pumping quarters into toobin arcade) red hot chili peppers higher ground was also on repeat. Infectious groves had a couple great songs too.
