Someone shouted at me on the street

Hey so. Some crazy person called me the N Word (I’m white af). Random guy in the street. Right in my face.

I just walked by and pretended he wasn’t there. Although the guy definitely startled me.

What should I have done? Should I have filled the street with uppercuts? I just wanted to get a coffee from the Tim Hortons to go back and do my work and someone has to go and yell racial slurs at me, and not even the right ones. God damn it Easter is coming up…

Downtown Toronto. I actually live not that far from a court house where people get released after getting bail and so on. I see some mildly crazy stuff (just people yelling or making a scene being sad) fairly often, but this one was definitely new

Yeah, I'm white and had another white guy say those things to me. I got in my car and left the door open. I was at a gas station so I had to make it look like self defense. I started interviewing him and asked him how old he was bc I thought he might be in high school. He was 19. I then started looking at him in the eye and told him to keep coming forward. He decided to turn around and go back to his car.
