I think Conor's is a kind of a dick and just wants to keep playing with guys about a dream matchup that will never happen. It worked a lot since Conor first called out Cowboy after his win against that young wrestler kid, and then he went on to call out everybody that won each weekend until people stopped responding because they realized he was just talking shit. Frankie though is still on the bait.

I agree but it ain't going 5 rounds . I doubt it gets out of first. Frankie's ego will make sure of that because I'm sure he thinks he can stand with Conor. Edgar too small to keep the now dense Conor down so that will go out the window fairly quickly.
I wish I were wrong cause it would be epic if somehow Frankie caught McGregor ( its mma- shit happens) and that would put an end to " red panty" night. Mcgregor's popularity would still land him on main card ppvs but it then becomes " gay porn " night.Oh - I'd laugh so hard but the realist in me knows that Edgar gets knocked silly in first round.

Conor does. He needs to fight someone much smaller and well past their prime so he can reclaim his glory days of being fast-tracked to title shots without actually beating contenders in the division. Prime Frankie would have been a different story, but wanting to fight him now is pretty weak.

I would've favored Edgar in this match up a few years ago but I don't like his odds now. I'd love to see Edgar prove me wrong. I'm not a fan of this match up in particular but I still look forward to watching. Edgar has to be looking to wrestle to win this in my opinion.

when has Frankie become this incredible wrestler??

He wrestled at Clarion University which is a D1 school with a heavy wrestling focus. His MMA wrestling is fantastic. He hasn't used it much lately but if you watch any of Frankies fights, especially the older ones you can see how good his wrestling really is.
