hey everyone, im just wondering if im getting all the nutrients i need, i do bjj 4-5 times a week, and am not really looking to loose much weight, but maybe trim a couple pounds, heres my average diet breakfast protein shake with 2% milk (could cut to skim i guess) 2 peices of fruit, usually a banana and an apple snack 2 more peices of fresh fruit water lunch couple handfuls of spinach leaves can of tuna random vegies (maybe some cherry tomatoes or green peppers) light sundried tomatoe dressing snack (pre work out) granola bar banana with peanut butter on brown bread 2% milk post work out (dinner) brown rice chicken breast or a can of tuna protein shake with water assorted veggies now im not trying to cut crazy weight, im 5'7" and im pretty muscular, i weigh around 170-173 and would like to maybe get around 160-165 to be cut at my height, any help would be greatly appreciated
sorry forgot to add this, but i also take a multi vitamen and greens+ in the morning, also in all my shakes i put a cup of mixed berries and flax seeds
