GSP Silva seems like a dumb fight and years too late.. and it would have been a weird fight then too.

I'd still watch the shit out of it though.

I was telling someone yesterday that GSP vs Silva is a fight that will probably happen now that GSP is coming back. This way, there are no titles on the line, but it's still a super fight that everyone will want to see. Some people may be grumpy that it happened later than it should have, but they'll still watch. Hell, that's what people were saying about Mayweather/Pacman and look how many suckers (including me) shelled out 100 bucks to watch that mess.

Both of them have said on numerous occasions that they're not interested in fighting for a belt, and instead want fights that the fans want to see. The Bisping fight was one of them, because a whole lot of fans, myself included, wanted to see Silva fight Bisping. If for some bizarre reason the UFC doesn't give GSP an immediate title shot against Lawler, then this is the fight to make. I don't care that Silva hasn't won a fight since 2012, is 40, or any of that nonsense. It's Anderson Silva, and it's Georges St-Pierre. Bring them on.

RDA vs Ferguson is one of my dream fights but I just don't want it to happen like this. He pulls out of the Khabib fight and gets rewarded a TS? Nah son, I need that Khabib fight.
I'd honestly prefer Alvarez to get the shot if it meant Ferg/Khabib being rebooked, and that's the worst title shot ever
 
Was hoping he was gonna say he is standing between DC and Jones again when they square off next to show the world he ain't no bitch homie

I really don't understand why some people would still like to see GSP/Silva now. Like Lorenzo Fertitta said, you gotta strike while the iron's hot (or something like that).
 
At last. I've been waiting for RDA and Lawler to fight forever. Hope they are on UFC 200 or UFC 201.
