They have been kicking some serious ass in customer service. ALL emails were answered promptly with help on size etc. I ordered thai paids and some thai trunks on sunday and it got here today with the holiday on Monday. If you have tried them in the past and and had mixed results, I suggest you give them a try again.

Placed an order Saturday. Recieved an email Wednesday saying 1 item of my 3 was out of stock. (Which pisses me off because the supposed revamp of their website is suppose to show real time inventory). They offered a full refund. I chose to just refund the one item and ship the rest. I recieved a UPS Tracking number about an hour later.

I had quite the ordeal with Fairtex a few years ago but gave them a try when I heard about their improved site/service. I got an email immediately after ordering with an estimated delivery date and was super impressed when it showed up a day earlier than expected.

I have had2 experiences..one good 2 mos ago and 1 great Feb 14th. I ordered some pro shins from Fairtex and immediately recieved feedback that they were out of stock....but would be available in 1 week. They waited until they had the product available...e-mailed me/charged my card and then sent the product. Very professional although I would have loved them a week ago..they kept me informed along the way. What more can you ask for.

I have 6 of them want some? every time I've ordered from them they send me 2 each time. Oh they're VCDs btw.

And YES the new fairtex.com is so fuckin awesome. I just ordered focus mitts, thai pads, wraps, and training gloves from them and got them in 2 days OMFG how sweet is that.

I was just trying to place an order with them and shipping came out to $18.74!!! All good cause I found what I wanted at MMAWarehouse.com & shipping is only $4.17. Funny how some companies try to F you over when it comes to shipping...
